Payment and ORDER FORM
NOTE: Please do not mail all of the Horse Hair that you have. Always keep some hair, just incase the hair you send me gets lost in transportation. We know how precious it is to you.
The following information is needed from you and should be placed in a zip-loc bag with the horse hair:
name and address where your items are to be shipped
phone number (in case we have a question about your order)
choices(s) of Keepsakes(s), each with the following details:
-charm and/or bead selections
-exact wrist measurement for bracelets (1” will be added to final bracelet length)
-chosen necklace length
-circumference for hat band

Payment accepted by Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, Cash App and check.
Payment is not expected until you view a photo of the completed keepsake and it meets your expectations.
